  • Do you offer free consultations at the salon?

    Yes, at Kohibaa we offer free consultations for any of the treatments to ensure you feel comfortable in the salon. During the free consultation, one of our stylist or beauty specialist’s will talk through your desired outcome and discuss the process required to get the results. This is also a great way to get to know the specialist and decide if the salon is right for you. You are not obliged to book an appointment after the consultation, although we would love for you to do so!

  • What hours is the salon open?

    Our ‘Arjan’ branch is open from 11 AM till 8 PM (7 days a week) and ‘The Greens & Views’ branch is open from 10 AM till 10 PM (7 days a week). Our Home Services start at 8 AM and we take our last appointment at 7.45 PM (7 days a week).

  • How far in advance do I need to book my appointment?

    Our salon sometimes offers last-minute appointments if another client has cancelled. To see if any of these appointments are available, you can call us on 800-564-4222 and one of our friendly staff members will assist you.

  • What should I do if I am going to be late to my appointment?

    As soon as you know that you will be late to your appointment, you should call the salon and let us know. Depending on how late you are, your beauty specialist may be able to reschedule your appointment for later that day. It depends on how busy the salon is that day. If that is not possible, you will be offered an alternative appointment with another stylist or you will be asked to reschedule your appointment for another day.

  • How do I cancel my appointment?

    We request that if you would like to cancel your appointment, you do so as far in advance as possible. You can cancel your appointment by calling the salon directly on 800-564-4222.

  • What happens if Kohibaa needs to cancel my appointment?

    At Kohibaa, we work hard to ensure that all appointments are met. In the unlikely circumstance that our Kohibaa team does need to reschedule your appointment, you will be contacted by a member of the team in as much time as possible. You will also be given the opportunity to reschedule for another day or time.

  • What is the refund policy?

    At Kohibaa, we understand that sometimes you may not be satisfied with the outcome. Although we do not offer monetary refunds, our team will work hard with you to rectify the issue. We aim to regain your trust through complimentary re-do’s.

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    We accept a variety of payment options including cash, credit cards and debit cards. We also accept the use of Apple pay.

  • How experienced are your beauticians?

    All of the beauticians at Kohibaa are extensively trained in their respected fields to ensure flawless looks time and time again.

  • Which products do you use?

    We use a range of premium products to ensure the highest quality hair and skincare. We have researched each of the brands we use, so that we have proven results that our client’s hair is left feeling nourished and their skin is left feeling completely rejuvenated. We work with products such as Dermalogica, Kerastase and L’Oreal. You can discuss these products with your hair stylist or beauty therapist if required.

  • Will I be required to have a skin allergy test?

    Whether you need a skin allergy test will be dependent on the treatment that you have booked. If you have decided to book a hair appointment which contains any type of colouring or highlights, a skin allergy test will need to be performed at least 48 hours before the appointment. This test is required even if you have had a test at another salon. The test takes as little as ten minutes. The hair stylist will apply colour to your skin, usually behind your ear. You will then be asked to not wash the colour off for at least 48 hours and look out for any unusual burning, itching or redness. If you do experience this, you should let us know and seek medical advice.

  • Are allergy tests required for lash and brow treatments?

    If you have never had a last or brow treatment at a salon, you may be required to perform an allergy test before commencing your treatment. This allergy test should be taken at least 48 hours before your appointment. You will be contacted before your appointment to schedule your allergy test.

  • What type of manicures do you offer?

    Kohibaa beauty trend salon offers a range of services for nails including bold acrylics, chip-proof gels and classic french tips. We also offer an extensive range of colours and designs so that you can pick the manicure that fits your vibe the most. We also offer the same services for pedicures.

  • Do you offer at-home beauty treatments?

    If you can’t make it to the best beauty salon in Dubai, do not worry, we will come to you. Enjoy high-quality treatments in the comfort of your own home and never have to miss out on a moment of your beauty regime. Please call us on 800-564-4222 to make a booking.

  • Do you offer haircuts for girls?

    Yes, we provide hair cuts for girls 2 years+ and onwards.

  • Can I answer a phone call whilst having my hair cut?

    We understand that you may have a busy schedule and need to use your phone during your hair cut. You can use your phone during the hair cut however, we request that you avoid getting the phone in the way of the stylist. We also request that these phone calls are quiet, so that they do not disturb other customers in the salon.

  • Can my friends and family wait for me in the salon?

    Due to limited seating, we respectfully request that only customers that are receiving a treatment are allowed to wait in the salon.

  • What happens if I do not like the end result?

    If you are unsatisfied with the end result, you should discuss this with your beauty specialist or hair stylist. With haircuts, the stylist can usually fix the issue with slightly adjusting the colour or cutting the hair in a different way. With beauty treatments, such as nails, the end result can be adjusted to match your preference. A conversation is had before every treatment to discuss your desired outcome to prevent this from happening.
